Fun fact
Outside of exploring what makes people tick, I’m also a keen painter and once appeared on Sky’s Portrait Artist of the Year. Featured on my to-do list was a point to remember to paint the nose. I was ready for anything!
My fascination with people — ignited by language and linguistics studies at The University of Cambridge and fuelled by ongoing professional growth since — drives everything I do.
Effective UX is about a lot more than wire frames or feature sets; it's about starting at the end: the people who’ll ultimately be interacting with the design. Unearthing, understanding and translating overarching audience needs and tensions into a seamless, purpose-driven digital experience — one that aligns perfectly with a clear, strategic vision — that’s where the real magic is.
I have a particular love for conversation design and genuinely delight in seeing how the most subtle of behavioural nudge tactics have the power to have a transformative impact.
I have 16 years of experience under my belt, working with businesses of all shapes and sizes, and leading teams with ambition and generosity, and can’t wait to see where I can stretch next.
